NYU MakerSpace Design Lab Analytics

Workshop Go-To-Market Strategy and Participant Analytics for Fall 2020

The MakerSpace is a space for students at New York University to ideate, prototype, and build their product ideas. The MakerSpace's Design Lab also offers workshops on machines like 3D Printers, Laser Cutters, CNC Machines, etc., and software skills like programming an Arduino, using Figma, and the Adobe Creative Suite. It also hosts industry experts to deliver informational talks about how they use concepts of Design Thinking in their fields.

The below deck outlines data analytics for student participation carried out using Tableau. A go-to-market strategy for the future of the Design Lab was created based on the analysis.
